What if your news is just corporate PR?
It is. Once you realize it, the world changes.
The bigger question is “who owns Vanguard, Blackrock and State Street”? The companies may be publicly traded and these mutual funds may own a percentage of them but at the very top, it usually boils down to one individual or family. They may hide the fact that they control these companies through trusts and so forth, but it’s usually an individual or family.
That really is the question.
