Driving the news: In exchange for pleading guilty to a misdemeanor, prosecutors dropped a felony count of impeding police during civil disorder. Straka agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in their investigation by turning over evidence and consenting to a law enforcement interview, according to the Post.
The big picture: Straka is a former liberal who amassed a following by starting the "WalkAway Campaign," which urged Democrats to leave their party, according to the Department of Justice's criminal complaint.
On Jan. 6, Straka, who was a frequent guest on conservative media networks, also spoke at former President Trump's rally criticizing the election results prior to the Capitol insurrection, Courthouse News Service reports.
In videos from the day, Straka can be heard in a crowd saying, "We're going in" and shouting "Take it! Take it!" as rioters tried to wrest a police officer's shield away from him, per the criminal complaint.
What to watch: Straka's sentencing is set for Dec. 17, the Post reports.
If found guilty, Straka faces up to six months in prison.
Let's go Brandon!
Our new rallying cry.
Straka started the #WalkAway movement!
Sorry who??? I dont really follow Pay-triots.......information should be free......shouldnt need to join a fuckin Patreon to feel included kek
His #WalkAway videos are free on YouTube.
Free with ads to make revenue, where you can then go to his linktree to buy all his shit.....But yea......"free"
Right it’s called the free market. This is a strange thing to be angry about.
I am not angry what so ever, I choose not to support it........as you said free market :D

I wish someone would hold out for a jury trial. Would a jury agree with the prosecution? I’d like to know but the way they have corrupted the speedy trial concept is disgusting. These people deserve it to be over. I hope someday they are pardoned.
Liberal jury that’s how I lost my house fren. System is rigged. Worse then that the hole thing is modeled after masonry rituals. Proceedure is a ritual.
Oh my goodness I never considered that. I know people do signs and stances to identify themselves in court as a brother.
Why plead?
