I've noticed, for a while that, when commenting on a post in (insert name here) that the words I type appear readily but if I were to try to backspace any misspelling or word that doesn't belong, it seems that the latency time between my keystrokes and the screen reaction is greatly increased. Almost certain they are key-logging our every move there. My folks always taught me to think before I speak and it holds more true now, than ever!

Don't use my phone. Just a dinosaur, barebones PC. Max anonymity, and only necessary services running. I understand the full impact of personal info on the interwebs but, understanding this makes it even harder to think freely. For instance, you type something and it didn't come out right at all so you backspace and start all over. While erasing your supposed "thought", it may be actually logging that thought 10 or 12 times over. Apologies for my tin-foil hat, but I've NEVER really trusted anything sent or received thru a wire, radio, or beam of light.
No you are correct. Every search engine and especially Google is a keylogger
