But first of all, I understand there are search engines, social media sites, email companies, the internet itself and even cell phones that can track and gather information in order to influence and control behaviors. With that in mind, does anybody have a suggestion on what is the best anti-virus protection software to protect your PC and cell phones that best protect you from these hackers? That's maybe not left-wing owned or controlled by the elite or the deep state?

This may be annoying, but have you tried Linux? I have used a type of Linux for more than 15 years now.
There may be less data leakage.
The Brave browser is pretty secure as far as avoiding viruses hidden in website banner ads, and the antivirus that comes with windows isn’t bad these days…
That being said be hyper vigilant about your internet habits. Browsing the web and a new page opens saying “virus detected “? Don’t click it, go with your virus scanner but 9/10 times that pop up is just to get you to buy some ransomware. Your bank email you saying your account is compromised? Don’t follow any links in that email, call your bank at the number in the back of your card. Got a fun looking personality test pop up on social media? Those answers are also common answers for security questions.
And finally, most of the actual compromises of people’s email I’ve seen has been because a site you are signed up with got hacked. Never use the same password with a website/merchant that you use to log into your email.
I use opera browser with built in ad block and the ad block plus add-on, if you cant see the ads you cant accidently click. I also run debian linux on my main box so their programs cant even run
Opera is Chinese owned. Use Vivaldi or Brave.
its open source, so they're not doing anything too crazy. the important part is ad block plus, which you can get for any of the above. dont know if it works on cell phones since I dont have one
Personally I use ESET for antivirus and firewall.
Linux would be a good alternative to Bill Gates latest spyware OS flavor of the week in their software as a service scam model.
Vivaldi and Brave are good browsers.
clamwin is open source.
If I hadn't used Apple Macs for over 30 years (without seeing a single piece of malware during that time) then I'd be using Linux. But changing now would be a steep learning curve for me. so I'll stick with Macs.
Adding antivirus software to a Windows PC is like using a sticking plaster. There will be unwanted side-effects. You could get a rash.
Thanks everyone! But what about your phone?
I must have been blessed in a way. About 80% of the current trending mainstream movies/shows/videogames/music simply doesn't attract me at all. And this is from far before I got redpilled
