Based and sensible bipartisanship. Rand is the only Senator I fully and completely trust, he had my vote up until I hopped on the Trump Train (NO BRAKES!) in June 15.

Rand would never support, let alone personally sponsor bloated legislation. This is actually pretty based of Booker too to support an Act that primarily removes regulation.
