A lot of the smaller influencers goto youtube conventions to "network". Often times it's paid for or heavily discounted. While there, they are likely informed what they should do or say to get more subscribers, views and trending power.
So "hey I'm not going to deplatform you, but if you say this then you will be getting better numbers". Since people have apparently made "youtubing" a career(painful to say that) who woulden't say no to free money.
People with morals would say no but we don't know who they are because they never become famous despite, I'm sure, many of them being more talented then the people who do take the deals and become famous
