2 million voters in the county. Can you imagine how huge the storage would have to be? Bahaha... Any geeks wanna chime in here? Could a good thumb drive do it?
Sql has some over head but the vote records are probably only in the tens to hundreds of megabytes Certainly not enough to warrant wiping the machine. Especially considering they are required by law to retain for 22 months.
Its like everything else. The bits from this testimony they want to run with will get cherry picked and hammered home as fact until everyone shuts up about it ans goes home.
Total bullshit answer, should not have been accepted. Subpoena was issued, intent to interrogate 2020 was known, 2020 data erased day before handing over equipment for audit. If data space was a legit issue why was pre-2020 election data still on the machines. Wouldn’t it make sense to erase older than 22 months data. Again bullshit answer should not be accepted, obvious malicious intent. not a single politician in dc worth a fuck.
"The records were archived. The archives weren't subpoened" (paraphrased). Subpoena said EVERYTHING having to do with the 2020 election.
That alone should nullify the results in Maricopa County!
If they had to "make room" why was there data from previous elections still there ?

Lets hope this is the final chance they are being offered to come clean before the hammer drops
Oh entirely believable! Of course they dont have access to backups or extra drives!

Yep and got called out when asked if it were standard practice and why there was still previous (pre2020) election data present that were the case
Doesn’t negate the law to retain for 22 months.
