This is another layer of protection so kudos
It's not covered by HIPPA. HIPPA only deals with medical records and related medical companies/services. Employers can ask about vaccine status.
Vaccine status is in your medical records, how would it not be covered?

Either way even if HIPAA allows it, coercion is a criminal offense and so is using my medical information to discriminate against me.
Either way, these companies are playing with severe lawsuits... thoughts?
