So I have been reading a few posts on this subject. I started to make a post then deleted as I had not researched it enough. From what I can see there is no EO on the federal registry regarding private company mandate on vaccines.
EO 14043 - vaccine requirement federal employees.
I cannot find any specific codified EO mandating vaccine for private businesses greater than 100 employees. It does not seem to exist. If true, this is a strategy, if it doesn't exist it cannot be overturned in the courts. If anyone finds this EO in the registry or even OSHA rules on it please post.

This could be used as another arrow in your defense for company mandated jab. Large companies won't care about this, but smaller companies between 100 and 500 might.

It is a test. A gauge of how well their obedience school has worked to date. How many times must you use the carrot and stick before the donkey obeys without question?
They are waiting to see how the federal mandates go. I’m holding the line! May god watch over those who are willing to push back.
for sure. Thankfully, I am not in a position for them to push me to do anything. However, if it keeps moving this direction, it will eventually hit us all, they will lock us out of banks. If that happens we must hold the line as it is truly Biblical and will then show itself as the true mark of the beast.
Vaporware. They're counting on big business to do all of the heavy lifting/take all of the flak.
exactly, funny, I remember leftists hating big business, now they are slaves to big business and seem to love it.
Who in turn are hoping people dont realize they are not alone and dont sue them into oblivion with class action lawsuits.
I haven't looked there, most of there vax mandates are either pushing businesses to require them for entry or are for government employees. They seem okay pushing it on government employees, for some reason aren't worried about lawsuits with them.
