They're aren't even following the "federal line".

The only "mandate" is from press releases. They are following the claims of pressitiutes.

There was a article in the Federalist about OSHA doesn't have the authority to act on the vaccine mandate because they have yet to receive anything.

I looked in the government site and I can only find press secretary talking about it.
