Question, what medical procedures and medicines traditionally are used to treat influenza? Are any medicines considered extremely effective?

And if so, what medical procedu es and medicines are traditionally used for COVID treatment?

I guess what I'm trying to say is, are proven wonder drugs that have the most impact in fighting influenza NOT being used in the CDC BS treatment SOP?
