Um, the guy who he got in a fight with before the shooting, and then was shot like 4 times and in critical conditions, was black. So that's not factual.

Zacchaeus Selby, 15, was identified as the victim who was in the fight with Timothy before he was shot by him around 4 times. I wouldn't have stated that unless I knew for sure.
