The reason partisan leftist lawyers can afford to donate their time to anything at all is because there is far too little legal offense from the right.

Until the right learns that there is a winning strategy against the left based on legal attrition, the left will continue to have unfettered legal resources to use to defend their crimes.

Leftist lawyers, and judges need to be overworked to death. No crime, however minor should ever be ignored. Force them to defend all of their crimes, all of the time.
