The President is NOT a King and cannot proffer mandates to the country - even by EOs - and are NOT LAW!

EOs can ONLY apply to organizations that fall under the Executive Office (Prezbo), even under the ones we agree with (Trump).

Howeverf - Biden can direct OSHA, through the Dept of Labor, to set rules about this. Looking at the recent EOs (https://www.federalregister.gov/agencies/executive-office-of-the-president), there ARE EOs for jabs for Federal Employees, and a weasel worded EO that relates guidance for Federal Contractors (points to another EO that puts the onus on an organization called 'Safer Federal Workforce Task Force' to promulgate rules for Contracts and Contractors.)

Regrettably, looks to me that at least some of the guidance is legal and proper.
