maybe the libraries would not be open, but the idea is for digital warrior patriots to meet up, as if by chance, with plausible deniability of having come to read the newspaper or look up some topic in an encyclopedia as folks used to do before interwebs.
And then we would begin to make in person connections, carefully evaluating what people say about different subjects, not just based on glowie type feigned allegiance.
