We have had nothing but project fear for months from these cretins so this is big news, many have lost their jobs have suicided and in despair ok so any good news is big news
I regret to say there is NO RULING yet. How do you know the outcome when it hasn't arrived? This is fanning false hope..... unless you have inside information. Tell us now and provide the evidence. Otherwise, I see it as extremely premature.
I know Australia has been under some heavy oppressive shit lately, but if their Supreme Court rules on they are illegal before the U.S. we are super mega globohomo cucked
There is less urgency in the United States, thanks to the fact that different states have different rules. Tyranny will take longer to get through the red states. (Not saying it can't, just that it takes longer).
Countries that are more centralized have less resistance to the tyranny. Silver lining is they will get a quicker pushback from the citizenry .. if it happens at all.
Australia is a federation with states and territories, as well as a federal government. These 'mandates' are mainly at the state levels. It will be interesting to see what the decision is, as a lot of other cases are going through both state level and federal level courts.
This will spread around the entire continent from here on out , salvation for the rest of the country not too far away.
Let's see what the ruling is first before we interpret it as big news.

If anything it will motivate more countries to challenge the vax mandates in court,
It gives us great hope
