No way these kind of incidents are accidents. These aren't just low paid overworked pharmasists making an accident. Theres a strict paper trail and documentation to fill out and a process to follow.
There is a license required to administer shots to people in these places like walgreens and cvs. People who mess up stand to have stuff like this haunt them throughout their medical career.
Unfortunately, I have no idea. Normally if some one injects some one else with no consent, bad things happen. If I was the parent of those kiddos I certainly would sue.
However, this chemical concoction they are trying to pass off as a vaccine is still "emergency use" which gives the maker and administer some apparent legal protection. There is also a lot of verbal consent going on in the medical field in the name of safety in lieu of reading and signing paperwork.
The goal is to get people to say "yes" or "yes I consent to __", and that "yes" is their lawful signature agreeing to whatever is about to happen next. No one reads the fine print anymore. It has been so normalized now we don't even get to read it or have to ask for it. The next generation of us wont even know there is a fine print.
There is no lawsuit that I'm aware of from these families (especialy the one we heard about weeks ago). So either there really is some kind of legal protections going on and they can't sue or they are okay with what just occurred which is sad on another level.
At some places they actually just have you sign the screen at the office for consent now, even if you haven't been given anything to read. It's absurd.

These monsters know what they are doing.
Without consent Walgreens is on the hook for damages are they not? I hope they sue!

Where is the "but if the gubment didn't enforce licensing people could die" crowd at now?
