I read this as him telling us it's done, isn't he? "You WILL NOT be bossed.... We WILL live free" implies certainty, not we will fight or we will change something. This is strong language.

Have the troops been mobilized down under? Will the blackouts happen soon? Will the 'rollouts' be synchronized? Sorry, getting anxious...
