Reference your 0.2mg/KG I believe that's correct also (I recall vividly the amount of 0.2mg - 0.4mg per KG as advice in a very detailed post) so maybe the 0.2mg/KG is the lower side, I am not a Dr so no advice is implied, just stating what I read.
I'm rather late to this party but according to Clif High, the most important thing is vitamin D level. Unfortunately, this has to be built up over time (weeks) but definitely take D3 anyway.
