The guy who made this video is a fucking idiot. That is NOT the nuclear football. It's most likely a med kit that contains back up pints of Trump's own blood incase of an emergency. And this "kit" is carried as close if not closer than the football is.

Again, the guy narrating this video is a fucking moron. BTW, can he say "fucking" a few more times,I don't think he was getting his point across clearly enough.
