This is what I believe too.

Why, just why, have the White Hats been saving ALL the ammunition on everything we've been waiting for these past few years?

Well.. you know how it's said by a defending line of troops against an army charging at them "don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes?"

At some point, the wannabe dictators can't be dictators without, well... dictating. Which requires them doing so in spite of disagreement. Which requires them overriding said disagreements by any means necessary. Think Australia.

It's only when they've crossed unforgivable red lines that you'll see the white of their eyes, metaphorically speaking. THAT's when the White Hats, I believe, will drop the dirt.
