Definitely need to form informal unions where there aren't any. Power to the people. Individuals acting alone are way too easy to pick off.

Look at this arrogance:

So maybe pilots can put 'suck my balls' into the agreement too then? Since apparently these things just dont need any negotiation between both parties!
