Your posts say ZERO about pilots and the vaccine...fatigue....other workers quitting, etc yes...all collateral factors. There is no sickout that is union supported, that would be an illegal strike and put the whole union in jeopardy. ...”we can say with confidence that our Pilots are not participating in any official or unofficial job actions."
Why should I respond to your diversion re: doctors? Because it is a false premise....doctors and nurses have plenty of other hospitals to go to....pilots have a handful of airlines...no offense, you just aren’t familiar with the industry.
A close friend, a cardiac critical care nurse, is considering resigning because she already has heart issues from the first two shots and they’re still forcing her to get the booster if she stays. She has no other job options because of it.
As you said, a coordinated sickout is illegal, which is why they are hinting at it being a coordinated move and not outright saying it for plausible deniability. That’s how this works. Read between the lines, or go back to reading the New York Times. I’m sure you’d find more stories that align with your perspective there.
Now you start with the personal attacks....(NYT). sad.
The nurses can travel anywhere...you are saying EVERY hospital in the country is firing unvaccinated nurses? BS. Not in rural areas....
Maybe you should read up on the airline industry, the seniority system, and ALPA.

They cannot go anywhere else.
