I wuz just thinkin' ...
Not so long ago, you couldn't have a good "crisis" without a couple dozen actors and singers putting on a live concert, to virtue signal and get their mugs and names out there for everyone to idolize.
1971 - The Concert for Bangladesh - awareness for East Pakistan Refugees
1985 - Live Aid - hunger in Africa
1992 - A Concert for Life - AIDS awareness
2001 - America: A Tribute to Heros - 9/11
2005 - Live 8 - anniversary of Live Aid
2007 - Live Earth - climate change
2011 - Indiana State Fair Rememberance - 7 people died at the Indiana State Fair, and they held a concert (seriously? That's not even a decent weekend on the south side of Chicago)
2016 - All is One Unity Concert - victims of the Pulse Nightclub shooting
But ... muh Covid?
Where are the stars and singers coming out to support all the victims of the Coof?
Biggest plandemic of a lifetime.
