Ok thanks, I have removed some myself before but they can be really entrenched and I find it causes bleeding, not sure if that's too concerning because I've heard that tonsillectomy is something doctors try to avoid due to bleeding concerns anyway.

I'll give it a bit more of a look, thanks for the info!
