👋 Another neurodivergent checking in! I lurk mostly because of RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) and the fear of "🤝" judgment. (When does that thing go away, anyway?!)
Everyone here was a handshake at one time, fren. We all survived and so will you.
I sorta have that. Like, when you're out in public, you feel watched ALL the time. In stores, you can't help but glance all the time at the surveillance cameras. The key is to "lose" yourself and get involved. Avoidance doesn't help. Find something you're passionate, GO FOR IT, but, be sure to make the JOURNEY the reward so that you don't end up in a spiral.

This made me chuckle.
I got over the personal attacks when I realized I was having a very sincere conversation with a bot. Realizing you're having a discussion with a machine is a big red pill and an enormous bit of perspective. Jump in. Be confident. Be nice mostly. Be prepared to defend.
