To me that's loose speculation of when the Red Oct 'sig' may be. I'd prefer something more direct.

But, if all we have is speculation at the moment, then I'll throw this out there too, this Red Oct post (https://qposts.online/post/1958) was also highlighting a Trump video from Oct 24 [2016] which is also coming up..
