It is good and competent and professional people like you, all over the country, that will be another red pill for people to wake up.
I think many will be shocked that such treasured team members will refuse. It may freak them out. It will only take a small number of decision makers to get the stones to tell the federal government to try to enforce it.
I think that there is a great opportunity for class action suits to be filed on behalf of small business owners, then maybe medium/large companies in specific industries…that needs to happen…CEOs need to sit with legal, realize how their business may be affected by losing 15-30% of their workforce (undoubtedly lots of top performers in there) and decide that they need to play offense, not defense. Same with masks…a few brave bare faces can start to chip away at the fear and compliance, but it takes stones to be the first ones…
