At will employment allows an employer to fire anyone for any reason at any time except for the usual Title VII discriminatory categories such as race, religion, national origin, sex, religion, age, etc. There's no such thing as vaccine discrimination.
Wrong; vaccine discrimination is covered.
Edit: It's covered insofar as you have a religious beef with it.
In addition, 'at will' doesn't cover 'violation of established federal law':
[25 CFR 50.25](
(8) A statement that participation is voluntary, that refusal to participate will involve no penalty or loss of benefits to which the subject is otherwise entitled, and that the subject may discontinue participation at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which the subject is otherwise entitled.)
Unapproved products CANNOT be mandated:
Subjects must be notified "(III)of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks."
Just send a letter stating that you identify as a 66 year old Traditionalist Catholic Black LGBT who crossed illegally into the US from Mexico and are using these grounds to refuse the vaxx.
I actually think this needs to be decided in court. If you claim it's dangerous to your health, then it's starts to become a discrimination issue imo. Of course, that's assuming the courts are sane and rational, which they are not.
