He is with 100% certainty, Wayne Willot of Seattle WA area. He's been caught on camera. Hes been running the same grift for years. These PAYtriots pay for this clown to speak. 107 is a number directly related to his DOB, which is 7 10. It also connects with Nikola tesla, he loves Tesla, as they share the same dob. Hes into British cars, Aston Martin's etc. I would assume he's spent some time overseas. His dob outside of the US would be 10 7. I dug a lot to connect the dots on this guy, that's just the short summary. It takes 5 min to know he talks in circles, and isn't privy to any inside info.
