So, my wife is 60 years old and diabetic. Not jabbed.
But she is showing symptoms of having gotten the jab. Bruises everwhere. Constant diarrhea. Coughing.
I have a sinking feeling she's getting the vaxx in her insulin.

Sounds like you wife has poorly controlled diabetes.
Please call your trusted doctor have her have a look over.
Your concerns should not be address here, my dear patriot.
Check her glucose and see if she is good for the night.
Skin/bruising high sugar, diarrhea same thing.
Cough does not equal COVID.
Call doctor and have your valid concerns addressed.
