Theres no way they can prove that he posted it. It's a real dumb road to go down. What if 10 years ago my friend passed out drunk at a party and I grabbed his phone and tweeted "I'm a dumb faggot"

I used to think this, too. Then, I was involved in a criminal case that 100% of the evidence was from social media posts. He was found guilty. This isn't the millineneum internet anymore. They have us traced, tagged and bagged now.
