Spouseanon works for a company that provides transportation for Big Tech. The Big Tech firm is now coming after the contractors saying they want the jab status. He pushed back about privacy, but I know this is going to snowball.
There was a thread here recently that had a very respectful response to HR and I cannot find it. It was worded so it would be difficult for the company to deny the employee's concerns. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I have tried searching but I am not getting the proper search terms.
Help would be most appreciated!
They key to this is that there are no FDA approved jabs available. Comirnaty is not being distributed in the US and we have no timeline as to its release. Technically, if there was an FDA approved vaxxine available, all the other jabs under EUA would have to stop. The FDA extended the EUA for the Pfizer BioNTech jab. This allows them to keep their liability waiver. All the jabs are still under EUA and experimental. No one can be forced to participate in a clinical trial. So, a person must let the company know that when the actual FDA approved vaxxine Comirnaty becomes available, then the matter will be taken under advisment. It is not really a refusal.
