It would be the other way around.

You do have white people moving to other countries for this reason. I know personally white people that moved to Africa to help.

There are Africa people that move around to other countries to help as well.

A person with talent. Will have multiple opportunties.

Can you please explain to me the mass DIFFERENCE between blacks and whites that exceed "Common Sense" values?
