From my understanding Tulsa is one of the few "official" red cities in the country. So despite all of the cheating in urban centers, Tulsa is still red. Personally, I don't see why you'd move from Tennessee though unless its for a job or family.
Both states are among the top 5 Reddest in the country and REALLY based in just about every way possible. So you're not really gaining anything by moving from Tennessee to Oklahoma, unless its a job offer, change of scenery, family, etc.

Thanks. It's basically just a change of scenery along with not being somewhere that seems like everyone and their mother is moving to.
