How has conquering fear, at least one time, changed you as a person? Did you feel transformed?
Do you often reflect on this memory for confidence? If you did it once, you can do it again!
Every family needs a hero.

Too many to list but it all started when I was 5. I was wearing a smart new coat and a gang of older boys pushed me over and I fell and got covered in mud. That made me so mad I gave the culprit a bloody nose and they ran away.
Taught my daughter to do likewise, she did! The instructions I gave was to tell the bully to take off his glasses and then punch him. Got her into trouble with the head teacher but the bully left her friend alone after that.
Always stand up to bullies.
There's a line said by Gregory Peck in 'The Big Country': I'm not responsible for what others think, only for what I am. I was in my 40s before I finally understood the truth of that line and was able to live it myself.
Fear causes muddled thinking, confusion and chaos. Conquering fear means resolving the issue that's causing the muddled thinking, and doing that enables one to live in truth about oneself, which facilitates one's ability to trust oneself, and that's transformational.
Thank you for this wisdom! Fear is the curse. If we can break it, we are free in our truth!
Belief is the prayer :)
