Spoiler alert for Babylon 5 in case (somehow) you still haven't seen it and have it in the queue:

A psyche out designed to break his will.

They essentially chain him down to the chair, wheel him out of the room, down a corridor into a new room. They let him sit for a few seconds before a guy in an executioner hood walks in, followed by some different orderliers who wheel in a gurney and set everything up while executioner dude just stares at Sheridan.

Scene ends with the orderlies clearing out, the man in the hood removes his mask to reveal he was someone Sheridan thought was an ally that had been murdered because Sheridan had convinced him to say no, and the guy leans forward and repeats the opening lines of the interrogation script... Something like "Good morning. It's looking to be a wonderful day outside."
