I have an answer for you who he "was," but you wouldn't like it...
Do tell....
I get it. I know you were posting this to essentially say, "Look at this guy. He was a pede of his time, rejecting group think, etc., etc., surrounded by all the sheep."
But knowing the context of this photo, when and where it was taken, provides additional insight. This person, almost certainly, was either a bolshevik or a communist sympathizer. Those people around him weren't raising their arms because they had to, they were raising their arms because they loved their country, and the leadership that brought them out of the despair and destruction of the 20s and 30s. People were different then. They showed their respect and appreciation in different ways than we're accustomed to. Just because it's viewed through the lens of "today" doesn't make it bad.
Picture a lone Biden supporter in a Trump rally...
I remember reading it was because his wife was Jewish. Both of them ended up dying during WWII.
Yeah, some people think it was August Landmesser.
False narratives need a hero. Do you think the official 9/11 narrative would have been the same if they didn't include the "heroic" flight attendants and passengers? I believe it's the same with the guy on the picture. What a coincidence that he had a jewish wife and she was saved before being killed. Who writes this stuff?
