I spoke with an attorney and they advised me not to state my reason for the religious exemption just that I have one.

Ask your employer if he takes HIV meds, viagra, birth control pills, cialis, etc. You have as much right to ask him those questions as he does to ask you what you are taking. Is he a health professional now?
