Fellow sister in arms. Got her first clotshot today. What protocols does everyone reccomend? I've already told her NAC, selenium, melatonin, and white pine tea. Any other reccomendations?

I've heard talk about "cupping", but if that were my course of action, I'd do it within seconds of the shot.
