It's there. Who started this rumor I keep seeing that there was no EO? Perhaps they have confused the employers with more than 100 mandate with the federal mandate?

The EO is there for federal employees and contractors. However the EO does not include any verbage about private employers.

If this is true it's infact an absolute power grab with nothing but a verbal mandate to weaponize a federal agency against the American people. Absolute tyranny!
