This is not a thing, I believe is was a ds misinformation campaign all along. Definitely was the case in the ga run off......people voted but the ds needed a narrative to explain how the rinos lost, and two commie fuck holes no one likes did not. I believe when they realized their fake polls were no longer working they jumped on this bandwagon. If someone comes up with a legitimate argument I will be shocked.
