Correct. They are setting up the narrative to make a case for digital currency. I just posted a Snowden video where he is doing his part in the propaganda. They really want to lock everyone into a central bank digital currenct - to pick up where they left off with the Fed. The moment it happens (it will never happen ofc) it will be like what happened right after Fed was created - a world war and a country destroyed by communists. History will repeat itself only if we let those who do it to keep doing it.
