Next mandate will be that all employees with long hair must have a bowl cut by January 12, 2022. By March, all employees must surgically remove their little toe, 'cuz who needs 'em? After everyone thinks it's over, any worker who legally own guns will need to turn them over by May to keep their jobs. Logically thinking will show that the demands won't end.
