Email from HR this morning announcing they will be following Biden’s slab jab (with testing option) should the edict from OSHA come out. They try and soften it by saying they don’t want to tell employees whether or not they need to be vaccinated or not. So this will come down to “test if you want to keep your job”. I’m trying to figure out how to poke the bear. Does anyone think the OSHA rule will come to fruition?

I think the OSHA rule will not come in effect because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, but in the meantime no businesses or Federal entities are calling the Biden bluff. By the time it falls through unfortunately many will have already complied.
