Email from HR this morning announcing they will be following Biden’s slab jab (with testing option) should the edict from OSHA come out. They try and soften it by saying they don’t want to tell employees whether or not they need to be vaccinated or not. So this will come down to “test if you want to keep your job”. I’m trying to figure out how to poke the bear. Does anyone think the OSHA rule will come to fruition?

And Congress gave their law making authority to OSHA and the Executive branch long ago when they established the department.
I'm not saying the vaccination law is legal. But the administration simply does not care. They have a pattern of doing what they want and forcing the courts to make rulings. Sometimes they win, and sometimes we do. Really depends on if the judge is a political hack or not.
Can you point me to the vaccination law that is in effect? I’m interested in reading it.
