569 Flags someone in my neighborhood displayed yesterday North of Houston. Nearly ALL neighbors in full support. Some were concerned that a "flag in distress" should only be flown in "dire emergency". I think we're there. Lol. Most cities in Texas were designed as spokes on a wheel. Terrible layout, for sure. Dallas is even worse.
Houston definitely takes some getting used to. Our major highways are actually 1000% better than 10 years ago. Hard to believe, huh?
In 1995, you couldn’t walk downtown due to fear. Now, they’ve revitalized it and it is mostly pleasant.
Definitely a Dem run political shithole in that respect.
But, a good place to live, with good jobs, friendly people, good cost of living.
Ugly as heck ... flat, but 🤷♀️.
Suburbs are nicer and mostly conservative.
Mixed bag. We live here for job reasons.
