You can see the transformation on satellite imagery.

It used to be a dusty low tech bundle of razor wire and cages. It now resembles a typical large capacity penitentiary with a large organized campus. Looks like they have a large hospital faculty and much larger administrative areas.

It’s fucking crazy that people are sleeping on this.

War on terror is over. Only 30-40 people left there. So why did they recreate Leavenworth or Marion on that island?
