Race is nothing more than a TACTIC that is apart of a stragety.

They do not want real diversity.

If they did.

That would allow for diversity of thought to remain. But they don't allow for diversity of thought.

They want everyone to think the same. That is not multi-cultural.

That is making everyone into the controllable sheep dude.
