It’s so important to take care of ourselves during this time. We are each valuable to the movement, and our inner world often becomes our outer world. It’s vital we find positive ways to relieve tension.
I had a spontaneous family circle, sitting on the carpet some time ago. Family that hasn’t always seen eye to eye. We shared first and favorite memories of each other. This felt good and gave me a flying dream that night.

I lift weights, Starting Strength Method. Helps a lot. A few weeks ago I began to shoot slingshots on targets in my garden, that's a very relaxing activity.
I talk to my wife, my children, I spread love instead of fear and agression like the rest of the outside world seems to do. I pray. I talk to God.
I'm calm most of the time, I just trust the plan. There's some folks that trigger me, I rage (mildly), then I remind myself of the good I have in my life, then I leave.
There was a situation today in a discussion with a covidiot (my sister in law), I already met her yesterday, but today it got worse. She's a defender of vaxxes, masks, testing, whatever. Half a year ago this would have ended in a serious situation, today, now, I just leave one or two sharp statements and just leave. It's not worth the effort anymore, I spent too much time discussing with people who don't want to listen.
